Since its foundation in 1991, FRANCE LITTORAL CONSTRUCTION, has developed, marketed and constructed commercial and service sector developments both in France and in Romania.
Its growth is the result of work founded on the basic principles of austerity, service and keeping our promises.
The economic and financial aspect of the challenges faced in its different markets, nationally but also throughout Europe, means the company has to be fully involved in real estate.
FRANCE LITTORAL CONSTRUCTION has improved its operational resources in order to offer public authorities the skills needed to meet their
requirements. To this end, in 2005 FLC launched an innovative approach designed to encourage the emergence of a High Environmental Quality benchmark for the group's projects. This strategy enables it to tackle changes in retail development.
The development of FRANCE LITTORAL CONSTRUCTION is down to several strategic choices:
- The most competitive positioning possible in the real estate market.
- The relevant capacity to manage each stage of a project, from the sourcing of real estate to completion of the premises.
- Anticipation of environmental changes enabling it to keep up with demand.
