- 1997: this company becomes FRANCE LITTORAL CONSTRUCTION, specialising in the business real estate market.
- 2003: FRANCE LITTORAL CONSTRUCTION turns its attention to new markets and sets up a subsidiary in Romania: LANDINVEST.
- 2004: the company's growing business and international development lead to creation of legal and CDEC departments. FLC takes part in its first international exhibition: MAPIC.
