The city of Brasov
With a population of 400,000, Brasov is the 5th largest city in Romania and one of Romania's largest economic centres.
It has become a major tourist spot thanks to its historic and cultural sites, which include a medieval fortress and its 13th century buildings.
170 km from Bucharest, Brasov is at the foot of one of Romania's largest skiing areas.
A strategic location
"Spatiile Saturn" is located in a 60,000 m² commercial area at the entrance to the city of Brasov.
The retail park looks directly onto the Carrefour hypermarket car park.
The project
The project involves the construction of a building for retail use with a GLA of 2,600 m², bringing together three shops:
- 1,200 m² GLA (600 m² on the ground floor and 600 m² on the first floor);
- 1,000 m² GLA (500 m² on the ground floor and 500 m² on the first floor);
- 450 m² on the ground floor.
A total of 65 parking spaces will be provided in a planted area.
