The La Galerie concept
The FRANCE LITTORAL CONSTRUCTION group has created an innovative shopping mall concept especially for Romania called: "La Galerie".
"La Galerie" is intended for towns with a population of more than 100,000. This shopping centre is situated near to large hypermarkets and offers a complementary and varied range of outlets (clothes shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants, etc.).
Lease and technical management of these centres is entrusted to CEGIS Imobiliare, the Romanian subsidiary of CEGIS, DUVAL finance group and European leader in this sector.
